There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a large size hosta with green leaves and lavender flowers on tall scapes. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Van Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of Ohio.

We could not see any streaks on the single photo available at HL and the leaves were not especially rippled or wavy.
