Mildred Seaver of Massachusetts registered this seedling of 'Neat Splash' in 2004. A medium size hosta, it grows to about 16 inches high by 40 inches wide. The leaves are ovate shaped, slightly wavy and have smooth texture. Its lavender flowers bloom in July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...a sibling to 'Sea Sunrise', hence making it a 'Neat Splash' seedling."

Richmond was Mildred Seaver's maiden name.
