There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the (low quality) photo, it appears to be a large size hosta with dark blue-green leaves and some leaves have creamy yellow to white streaked variegation. This non-registered cultivar was originated by Van Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of Ohio.

 Judging by the single photo on the website, it is not apparent as to how this plant gets its name. All the leaf edges on that plant are blue-green...or, at least that's how they look to me.
