Originated by Bart Leuckx of Belgium, this non-registered cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Urajiro Hachijo' × H. 'Dewed Steel'. It has smooth greyish, blue-green foliage with upright leaves that are slightly cupped, very wavy and come to a sharp point. The leaf backs are powdery white and there are red spots in the veins in early summer. Its petioles are dark red.
