The parentage of this cultivar
which was registered by
Ken Anderson of Minnesota in 1980 is unknown.
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), lists it as being "...related to 'August
Moon'..." It forms a large size mound of bright gold foliage
that is heart shaped, wavy and moderately corrugated. Near white
flowers bloom in July. According to

observers with its bright gold color...it matures as a fairly
large size mound of puckered foliage."
