This medium size (13 inches high by 24 inches
wide) plant is a
sport of H. 'Blue Wedgwood' and was registered in 1999 by
Bob Kuk of Kuk's Forest in Ohioo. The
leaves are ovate in shape and have thick substance. Pale
lavender flowers are borne from late July into August.
The New Encyclopedia of Hostas by
Diana
Grenfell (2009) states: "Excessive sun bleaches out the leaf color leaving
a green skeleton of margin, midrib, and veins. Moderate growth rate."
