Originated by
Jim Husemann
of Iowa, this cultivar was registered in
2021
as a seedling of H. 'Plum Pudding' ×
H. 'Marilyn Monroe'. It is a medium size (14 inches high by
34 inches wide) hosta with green foliage. The
broadly ovate leaves are moderately wavy and very shiny
on top. It bears pale purple, tubular flowers with
stripes that bloom in September and set viable seeds.
According to the Registration materials: "Purple scapes, petioles and
blooms, set off nicely by shiny leaves with nice wavy
edges."
