This large size (22
inches high by 33 inches wide) cultivar is a
seedling of H. 'Rosedale Black Hole'. In 2015, it was
registered by
Robert Hackbarth of
The Hosta Leaf in Colesburg, Iowa. The foliage is
intensely "powdered" blue-green, nearly round, deeply
cupped, slightly folded, heavily corrugated and dull on
top. Pale lavender flowers with lavender centers bloom
from June into July and it sets viable seeds.
