This cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Teeny Weeny Bikini' × H. 'Purple Verticulated Elf' which was registered in 2015 by Ross Johnson of Minnesota. The small size plant grows to about 8 inches in height with a spread of 14 inches. Its leaves are a medium blue-green in color, slightly rippled, lanceolate, moderately wavy and dull on top. Medium lavender flowers with dark lavender center stripes bloom from late July into August and it sets viable seeds.
