this medium size (12 inches high by 30 inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Marilyn
Monroe' ×
H. 'Jim Hawes'. It is a dark green hosta with
leaves that are heavily rippled, nearly round and
slightly shiny on top.
Pale lavender flowers with
translucent margins bloom in September on scapes 16 to
18 inches tall. It sets seeds but their viability was
unknown at the time of registration. The
registration materials state: "...Nearly round
leaves with very wavy margins. Recumbent scapes. Most
flowers have double stamens and pistils. ." |
