There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a small to medium size hosta with light green leaves and dark green medial (center) variegation in a pattern that radiates out from the center rib of the leaf blade.

This could possibly be H. 'Foxfire Palm Sunday'.
