Patricia Scolnik of Breeze Hill Plant Lab in North Carolina originated this non-registered sport of H. 'Aspen Gold' which forms a medium size mound 18 inches high by 46 inches wide. The leaves are heavily corrugated, cupped, and wavy. Near white flowers bloom from late June.

According to The Hosta Handbook by Mark Zilis (2000), "...similar to 'Tokudama Aureonebulosa'...".
