This sport of H. 'Francee' was originated by Thelma Rudolph and Mark Zilis of Illinois but registered on their behalf by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 2000. It forms a medium size (16 inches high by 37 inches wide) plant with light green foliage that has a gold marginal variegation (the mother plant has a white margin).  Lavender flowers bloom from July into August on scapes up to 27 inches tall.
