There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a medium size hosta with very narrow, intensely blue-green leaves. The bottom of the leaves is covered with a glaucous waxy bloom.

We suspect this is named for hosta hybridizer, Frank Nyikos of Walnut Grove Nursery in Indiana.
