This hybrid of H. 'Invincible' × H. 'Elegans'
was registered by
Mark Zilis of Illinois in 2004. The plant grows
into a large size hosta about 18 inches in height and 40 inches wide.
Its leaves are ovate, slightly wavy, slightly corrugated and
have good substance. In July, it bears fragrant, pale purple
flowers.
According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "The fragrance is not as
pronounced as 'Invincible' or
H. plantaginea, reaching
its peak in mid-morning."
