this upright growing cultivar is a small size (9 inches
high by 18 inches wide) seedling of H. 'Dancing
Queen'. It has "rich" green foliage that is ovate,
heavily rippled, heavily wavy and slightly shiny on top.
Pale purple flowers bloom from June into July on scapes
up to 10 inches tall. The
registration materials state: "...Nicely arching and very wavy
leaves with deep ripples. Easily
recognized from at least 20 feet
away...Color
stays strong and plant maintains
its wavy arching stance all
season."
