Josh Stadden of Ohio originated this
non-registered sport of H. 'Halcyon'. It is a medium size plant
with foliage that has smooth texture, slight waviness and thick texture. Pale bluish
lavender flowers on 28 inch high scapes bloom from late July into August. This
cultivar varies from the mother plant by having medium green
colored marginal variegation on the blue-green foliage.
According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "Only the most dedicated hosta collectors will appreciate the
variegation pattern of this cultivar."
