Originated by Jeff Moore of Wisconsin, this non-registered cultivar is of unidentified parentage.   It is a small size plant with medium green foliage and creamy white streaked variegation. The foliage is heart shape and comes to a point at the tip.

This cultivar won the 2015 William and Eleanor Lachman Award at the First Look hosta competition as the best seedling as chosen by the AHS Judges. It also won the Mildred Seaver Award at the First Look hosta competition as the best seedling as chosen by the Attendees.
