A seedling of H. 'Tokudama Flavocircinalis', this large size cultivar was registered by Dr. Dick and Jane Ward of Ohio in 1996. The mound grows to about 19 inches in height with a width of 3 feet. Its foliage has thick substance and it bears near white flowers in June.
