There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a miniature size, slightly upright hosta with dark green, lanceolate leaves.

There is also a host listed as H. 'Mr Green Genes' and one called H. 'Mr. Green Jeans'. He was obviously a popular character on the Captain Kangaroo children's television show.
