This giant size (44 inches high
by 80 inches wide) hybrid of
H. 'Sieboldiana'
x an unidentified hosta was registered by
Madelon Gilligan of New Zealand in 2012.
The slightly blue-green foliage is lightly corrugated, broadly
ovate, ovate and dull on top. Pale lavender, tubular flowers
bloom in New Zealand from December into February. This would
equate to about June into July in the Northern Hemisphere. It
blooms freely and sets viable seeds.
