This medium size (15 inches high by 34 inches wide), open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Sagae' was registered by Martin Overhiser of Michigan in 2014. It has greenish yellow foliage that is moderately folded and dull on top. Medium lavender, tubular flowers with white stripes bloom from July into August. It sets viable seeds. The light green foliage turns golden yellow as the season progresses.
