This seedling of
H. montana macrophylla was registered by
Dr. Dick and Jane Ward of Ohio in 2003. It grows into a large size hosta about 24 inches in height
with a spread of 45 inches. The upright clump has foliage that
is blue-green in the spring which turns medium green later in
the season. Its foliage lacks corrugation, are deeply lobed at
the base and have good substance. Very pale lavender flowers
bloom from late June into July.
