Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan registered this seedling of H. 'Dorothy Benedict' in 2005. It is a large size plant about 25 inches high with dark green foliage that has a wide yellow marginal variegation and thick substance. Pale lavender flowers bloom from July into August.
