This is one of those cases where there are two hostas with the same name. Neither are currently registered with The American Hosta Society. The first one to be registered would become the "official" hosta of that name and the others would have to be renamed.

A non-registered hosta from Alex Malloy of New York, this cultivar is a sport of H. 'Love Pat'. It is a medium size plant with blue-green foliage that has streaked variegation. It produces dense clusters of near white flowers from late June into July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), there is also a sport of H. 'Allen C. Haskell' with this same name. It is a green hosta with white medial (center) variegation.
