Registered in 2015 by Madelon Gilligan of New Zealand, this open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Lemon Honey' has yellow foliage which changes to greenish yellow later in the season. 'Love Poem' is a small size hosta about 6 inches high by 13 inches wide. Its leaves are slightly rippled, moderately wavy, elliptic and dull on top. Pale lavender, tubular flowers bloom from June into July. It sets seeds but their viability was not known at the time of registration.
