Jim's Hostas of Iowa (now owned by
Uniquely
Hostas of Wisconsin) in 2015, this
large size (22 inches high by 25 inches wide) cultivar
is of unidentified parentage. The medium green foliage has a
brassy gold to cream marginal variegation. Its leaves
are broadly ovate, slightly corrugated, slightly wavy and
very shiny on top with a twisted tip. Tubular flowers
bloom from mid-July into August. According to the registration materials: "...heart-shaped leaf with shiny medium green
center with variable cream and brassy gold center..." |
