This hosta was included on a list at the Hosta Library. This is a small size (about 7 inches  high) hosta with blue-green leaves that have a narrow,  pointed, wide creamy white medial (center) variegation. Flowers bloom from July into August. It was originated by Wm Zumbar of Ohio.

Perhaps this is actually H. 'Little Angel Wings'.
