This seedling selection is a non-registered cultivar from Dr. Alan Tower of Washington. It forms a large size, 21 inch high mound that spreads about 48 inches. The twisted, wavy and slightly corrugated green foliage has a yellow medial (center) variegation. During the summer, the leaf center changes to white.
