A small size (10 inches high by 20 inches wide) hosta, this non-registered cultivar of unidentified parentage was originated by Dr. Ullrich Fischer of Germany. The golden colored leaves are heavily rippled. It bears lavender flowers in July.

This is the name of one of the first slide projectors which used a flame prior to the introduction of electric light bulbs.
