This cultivar is a hybrid of H. 'First Impressions' × H. hypoleuca which was registered by Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan in 2002. It grows into a large size plant about 24 inches high with a spread of 50 inches. The medium green foliage has a white marginal variegation with streaking in the center of the leaf. Leaves are broadly ovate, moderately corrugated and often cupped. Pale purple flowers bloom from late July into August.
