This cultivar was registered by
Mary Chastain of
Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee in 2001. Of unidentified parentage, this plant
grows into a large size hosta about 2 feet tall by up to 6 feet wide with heavily
rippled, shiny foliage. The very pale lavender flowers bloom in
July.
According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...combines a shiny, dark green color on a large, neatly
rippled leaf. Leave space for this plant!"
