This self-pollinated seedling of H. ventricosa was registered in 2002 by Mary Chastain of Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee. It grows into a medium size hosta about 11 inches in height with a spread of 39 inches. The dark green foliage is slightly wavy along the margins. Bright purple flowers bloom in July.
