This hybrid of H. 'Lakeside Roy El' × H. 'Lakeside Ripples' from Mary Chastain of Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee which was registered in 2002. It grows into a medium size hosta about 15 inches in height with a spread of around 36 inches. The medium green foliage has a yellow marginal variegation and are heavily rippled. Near white flowers bloom in June.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "Wow! 'Lakeside Cindy Cee' is another great example of Mary Chastain's ability to produce quality plants. The sharp variegation, shininess, and rippling give this cultivar a winning combination."
