The plant above is mislabeled as 'Lakeside Butterball'.

This hosta was registered (2002) by Mary Chastain of Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee. It is a hybrid of two unnamed seedlings that grows into a medium size mound about 14 inches tall by 4 feet wide. The foliage is corrugated. White flowers are borne in early summer.
