This cultivar is the result of a cross between two unnamed "Lakeside seedlings" from Mary Chastain of Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee. It was registered in 1996. The plant grows to a small to medium size at 10 inches high with deep gold foliage. White flowers bloom from mid-July into August.
