Registered by
Charles Kwick of Wisconsin in 2022,
this slow growing cultivar is an
open-pollinated seedling of H. 'Sea Gulf Stream'. It is a medium size plant about 12 inches
high by 26 inches wide with greenish-yellow foliage. The
broadly ovate leaves are slightly folded, moderately
corrugated and slightly shiny on the bottom. Medium
lavender flowers with narrow lavender interior stripes
bloom in July on scapes 22 to 36 inches tall. The
registration materials state: "Greenish gold deeply
veined leaves and a scape with a "ladder" of bracts in
descending size...somewhat more gold as the season
progresses."
