This non-registered cultivar is a hybrid of H. 'First Impressions' × H. 'Sieboldiana' which grows into a giant size plant 28 inches high by 60 inches wide. Its dark green foliage has yellow marginal variegation with streaks in the leaf center.

I believe this comes from the name of the Ohio nursery, Kuk's Forest, which was owned by the late Bob Kuk. It was probably introduced by him but do not know for sure.
