this upright growing cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Hadspen
Blue'. It is a medium size hosta which grows about 12
inches high by 32 inches wide with dark green foliage
that has a yellow marginal variegation. The leaves are
elliptical, slightly cupped, slightly folded and very
shiny on top. Medium lavender bloom in October on scapes
up to 28 inches tall followed by seeds but their
viability had not been determined at the time of
registration.
The registration materials state: "...Shiny, dark
green tapered leaves with thin yellow edges at the
tips...darkens somewhat."
