This cultivar is a sport of the species
H. tardiva. The medium size plant is about 16 inches high with a
spread of around 32 inches. It has lance shaped, dark
green leaves with a yellow marginal variegation. Medium
purple, semi-bell-shaped flowers bloom in September.
