This cultivar is a sport of H. 'Jane Ward' which is a non-registered hosta of unidentified origin . The leaves are green with green and white streaked variegation. It grows into a medium size hosta around 16 inches high and 43 inches wide with slightly corrugated foliage. In July, it produces pale purple flowers.

Do not confuse this with the registered cultivar H. 'Lakeside Jazzy Jane'.
