There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a small size hosta with dark green leaves.

The MyHostas database suggests that this could actually be H. 'Janet's Green Sox' which is the all-green version of the variegated cultivar H. 'Janet'.
