This sport of H. 'August Moon' was registered by Randy Goodwin of Indiana in 1990. It forms a large size (20 inches high) mound of foliage whose colors intensify as the season progresses. The plant bears pale lavender flowers in late July.

I suspect that this plant is named in honor of Mr. Bobby "Bob" Knight, former basketball coach at Indiana University (and later, Texas Tech). Just my guess.
