this slow growing cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Galaxy' ×
H. 'Popo'. It is a small size (8 inches high by
14 inches wide) hosta with foliage that is blue-green
with a yellow-green marginal variegation. The leaves are
nearly round, slightly corrugated and have a glaucous
bloom on top. Pale lavender flowers with white stripes
bloom from June into July on scapes 14 to 22 inches
tall. It does not set seed. The
registration materials state: "...Mini to small
clump of blue-green rounded leaves with thin
yellow-green margins and nice lavender flowers...turns
green in late summer or if exposed to very bright light." |
