This cultivar of unidentified parentage was registered by Les and Steve Hottovy of Oregon in 2004. It is a medium size mound of bright gold foliage which grows about one foot tall and 27 inches wide. Pale lavender flowers bloom in July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...has been widely marketed in the nursery trade as 'Hottsey Tottsey'."
