This is a self-pollinated seedling of H. 'Holly's Honey', that was registered by Dr. Ralph (Herb) Benedict of Michigan in 1987. It forms a medium size (17 inches high) mound that has heavily rippled, shiny, dark green leaves. The flowers are bell-shaped, purple and appear from mid-July into August.
