This hosta was included on a list at the Hosta Library but is not included in their photo gallery.  There is a series of hostas with the firstname "Hirao" but we have not been able to find anything about a hosta with only the word Hirao in its name. These plants were named after their originator, Dr. Shuichi Hirao of Japan.
