this cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Zebra'.
It is a medium size hosta with dark green foliage and
yellow to creamy white streaked variegation. Some leaves
have a creamy white marginal variegation. The foliage is
ovate, deeply lobed and slightly rippled. Pale lavender
flowers bloom from late July into August on scapes about
19 inches tall.
In Greek mythology, Hermes was the god of travel,
thievery, language, athletics and animal husbandry.
