There is an image of this cultivar on the Hosta Library. From the photo on the HL website, it appears to be a small to medium size hosta with narrow, pointed, dark green leaves. This non-registered cultivar was originated in Japan.

One source speculated that this was just a misspelling of H. 'Hirao Tet'.
