Jim Dishon of Michigan registered this hybrid of H. 'Sea Prize' × H. pycnophylla in 1996. The large size plant grows to about 23 inches high with a spread of around 53 inches. Its bright gold foliage is slightly wavy, has deep veins and has smooth texture. Pale purple flowers bloom from mid-August into September.
